This 71 rifle is one I inherited from my Dad. Dad bought it used in 1945 after returning from WWII, it was for sale, hanging over a bar in Mackinaw City, Michigan. This 71 is a standard model rifle, long tang, circa 1937, bolt peep, caliber .348 WCF of course. It is responsible for the demise of more than 100 Michigan whitetails since 1945 and still gets out in the deer woods annually.
