Can anyone please send me a photo of an original 52C serial number that has a 4 in it? If no photo, is the center of the 4 dull? Trying to ID a possible reblue.
Thanks

Many thanks - my 4 is also flat in the center which I think would be hard to retain on a reblue.

Here's mine:

My take, without actually eyeballing the piece, is not a reblue unless the shop cleaned out the number indents. Highly unlikely. No matter, is a nice rifle.

Glad I could help Buddy! Like RedRyder states I don't think it's a relief looking at photos. Still a highly sought after firearm.
