Problem with my 61 22 pump

The rounds will not consistently feed properly. the rounds are grabbed by the bottom extractor but the rounds are angled and not straight. Not sure if it is the bottom extractor or the other side where the rim enters the groove before being slid up to the top extractor. My first thought was the magazine tube spring being week. Replaced it, but still doing the same thing.
