Sent My Mod 12 off to Ford's in Nov. They still have it and won't answer e-mails,fax, or phone calls or return voicemail calls. Anybody else have this trouble?

If that was my gun I would have contacted the local PD by now. There is NO excuse for not communicating with a customer. Good Luck.

I and a friend of mine sent our S&W K22 to Fords and we got great service. they did a great job on the bluing. no issues on sending or getting them back. I talked with them on the phone and didn't have any problem contacting them.

O.K. well I guess I'll try again. Gun has been there since Nov. '13, I have a receipt from UPS saying it was delivered and signed for. I hope I didn't just lose My Grandfather's gun.

I was able to contact Ford's later on Oct 3. They have had some family medical issues and were very apologetic. My Mod. 12 was completed and They were shipping the next day. I received the gun today and it looks fantastic so I would have to say thumbs up for Ford's. I will use them again.

Glad you got hold of the folks at Ford's. they are great to work with. I knew they had a family member in the military and he was deployed to the middle east. hope everything is well with the good folks at Ford.

lets see some pictures of the mod 12

O.K. I'll get a pic up soon. I wish I had taken a before pic. The Mod 12 was My grandfathers it's a 1939 16 Ga. with what must be a duck or goose barrel. The tint was pretty much more dark brown/red than blue but looks great now with the non gloss bluing.
