I've shot factory 150 - 170 gn. and cast 150 - 160 gn. with different powder charges though my rifle. The only thing left that could be possibly trouble is the barrel, but it shoots all over the paper. Help

what caliber is it? and is it scoped or open sight?

Oops, it's a 30-30 , I'm using a scope for my reloads for now. Once I find the best group first, then I'll take the off scope and sight in with iron sights for good.

I had a 1873 that literally slung lead on the target. Problem was pits in the lands. Had her barrel fitted with a chrome insert. This allowed the barrel to retain all markings. Might not be your barrel problem though.

just to be sure......was the scope properly "strike set" into place with a tiny drop of locktite??
is there ANY chance the scope could be loose is what i'm getting at...........
also, have you checked the "crown" (backwards bevel) at the end of your muzzle?

Initially I use iron sights at 25 yards then I used scope at 50 yards. I've check the scope it's tight

since the scope is tight, the next thing i'd check would be the muzzle crown.......one burr or pit will send your bullets flying randomly about.
if that's not damaged it's time for a "deep cleaning" and inspection of the barrels' grooves and lands for excess wear and or pitting.
