model 70 breech bolt sleeve lock

1990's model 70 where the breech bolt sleeve lock becomes unlocked and moves about 0.25 inches when the bolt is cocked. Any suggestions for remedy? Thanks.

Perhaps the diagram of parts on this page will be helpful in determining whether your parts are worn or broken:
