Need SXP Help !!

Hey everyone, i'm new to this forum and need some help. Last fall I purchased a new winchester SXP 3 1/2" and have been having issues since new. Each time I try to load a shell into the chamber the rim of the shell catches and it won't enter the chamber without using another shell to force it in. Any ideas what may be causing this issue? Thanks

Have you checked with Winchester? This could be a recall safety problem.
