I have not found much but I have found some aftermarket companies that will ship to the UK. I know www.TrulockChokes.com will.

hey everyone just wondering if the sx3's front sight in threaded in or kind of "rivoted" in? I'd like to put fiber optic bead on. Thanks.

You can try Ebay....Its sometimes easier than trying to get a dealer to ship to you.
