winchester identification
Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 9:50 pmI need help identifying a rifle I have seen on Bonanza and several movies including "They Rode Together" with Jimmy Stewart, and "The Quick and the Dead" with Sam Elliott. It looks like a nickel plated Winchester 92 receiver, but it has no forearm, like the Henry rifle. It has a full length magazine. Has anyone else seen this rifle or know what model it is?
