Need some Help with my 1894/94

I picked this gun up in an estate sale and lets just say it needs help. I am not sure where to even start or if it is even worth trying to bring back. It has some awesome looking wood and a neat engraving on it so I said why not and bid. Here are some pictures. Your thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you have a turn of the century 1894 that someone was in the process of making a fancy custom rig out of various parts. The receiver looks to be in decent shape, although heavily buffed and engraved. I don't care for fancy guns myself, but you may as well continue with what you have and make the best of it. Looks like you have a rifle but stock, carbine for-end, and a carbine barrel from the pictures. The cheap way out would be to order the rest of the parts from Numerich and complete it as a shooter/deer gun.

That is a totally cannibalized gun. I would sell it for whatever you can get. I have no idea what that stock and forearm go to but it is not correct for that gun.

Take an inventory of what you need according to Numrich's parts diagram and order accordingly. I'll admit, it's never going to be worth much, but at least you'll have a useable gun.

It might be better for me just just part it out on ebay, or should I try and sell it as is? What do you think it is worth?

I think it's just out of the antique serial number range, so it should go through an FFL and fleabay won't let you post modern firearms, so maybe gunbroker? As to what it might be worth? I wouldn't venture a guess, post it for what you have in it and see if you get any bites. Auctions are crazy sometimes, and you might make out.
