I have a chance to purchase a 1894 made in 1912 3/4 magazine 22 inch barrel good condition for $700.00 Good/Not so good

Based on the barrel and magazine length it sounds like a special order gun. Questions that will affect price are what is the stock? Checkered, pistol grip, shotgun or crescent butt, barrel band or fore end cap? All these will influence a buyer and should influence the seller, also. Sights? There were several variations available from the factory.
