Hello, I'm a new member, first post. A short time ago I obtained a pristine 94 357 Trapper. It does not appear to have been fired very much, even the loading gate has no wear.
I wasn't sure if I was going to keep it due to the difficulties finding spare parts such as the lever cartridge block spring and the ejector, but now that I have found a source I am going to keep it. It is beautiful but if I couldn't keep it going it wouldn't have been much use to me.
My question is, is there a way to determine in what year my rifle was made? It is out of the range of all the online documents I have seen. It is a Model 94 Trapper in 357 Magnum, with a cross-bolt safety and a serial number of 6,275,XXX. Thanks.
