Hi all, I am new here and have been browsing around. Looks like a great place.
I have a question about serial numbers on 1894's.
My brother has one with the serial number OFW6954.
I have never seen letters in Winchester serial numbers before and so this is odd to me.
Was it one of the guns that came with a matched revolver?
Any info would be appreciated.
