I have the opportunity to buy a NIB Winchester 94 44 mag 150th John M. Browning commermorative. It is a 20" octagonal barreled, trails end model. It says one of 150 made. What is a fair price? Thanks

Howdy pard, it looks like a nice stick. Theres a couple new ones on gunbroker currently and noone is jumping at 1400.00 -

My experience has been 6-800 for commeratives but some go higher, some lower.

I haven't seen this particular commemorative on Gunbroker. I did the see the John Wayne commemoratives, but there were around 3K of those made if I remember correctly.

I was able to find a history of the various commemorative models online, but it only listed the new purchase price and not the current value. The Browning commemorative was made in 2005 at the New Haven plant. 150 total were made, each in 44, 45 LC, and 30-30 and they sold for $1100 new back then.

Just curious what the current value would be or if it has not increased in value since then.
