Welcome to the forum njo. I don't see many 94AEs for sale. If I needed a 94AE, I would get this offer before he decided higher.

Thanks for the replies. I just submitted a thread in the welcome area. Would a very late model like this one be any more desirable? I know the cross bolt safety is annoying.

The cross-bolt safety is the reason I don't need a new Winchester.

I have a 1928 SRC, 9422M and 9410. The 9410 has a tang safety. Not a bad idea. I don't understand the change from hammer safe to the other safeties. I have never known of an accident involving the hammer falling while in the half-cock position or full down.
