Found a nice Trapper carbine, top eject, no safety. Post 64. $368.04, tax included. Real good condition.

Now when firing it, if I lever in a round it binds and does not go into the chamber. If I ease up on the lever and reverse it just a bit the round pops up and I can chamber.

Any idea why it is doing that?

Thanks.

Deaf.................. ;)
You may have to add a little slop in the cartridge guides at the back ! I had a problem with my 44 mag.
It wouldn't lever as fast as I wanted it to work ! So I got my dremel out and re-worked the rails and it's doing great..........Ol Deuce
