1894 serial number 3** but receiver is built like a 92?
Posted: Sun Feb 11, 2018 12:18 amI inherited my father's old Winchester 1894 on the receiver, model 53 barrel. But the action is identical to the 92? Any ideas if there was a change in the early numbers?
