front sling swivel fell off?

My new Alaskan .375, only 25 rounds downrange, front sling swivel fell out. I hear something rattling in the forearm when I tilt the rifle back and forth but I can not see anything in the hole. Anyone know what happened and what the fix is? Thanks in advance, Stu

Sounds like the nut that held the swivel to the stock is what's rattling around...remove the stock and put it back together seems like the way to go.

I was afraid that a stud or something broke off the barrel, The nut must press into the wood then.. Thanks, Stu
