Shore Tax and Winchester

Will Trump's proposed shore tax effect Winchester Repeating Arms adversely?

If I understand it correctly, Trump's shore tax will only be levied on U.S. companies who have their products manufactured overseas and import them into the U.S. At the port of entry, the product will face a stiff import tax.

How many of Winchester's firearms will fall into the category of foreign manufactured products? Will this policy put Winchester out of business?

Not sure...

I believe Winchester still produces some rifles in the US...but which ones are imported I'm not certain.

Shooter13, I love your signature avatar. I also own a Thompson. It is a modern Thompson T150D 1927A-1 "Deluxe Semi-Auto" with the 50 rd drum and 30 rd stick, 16 1/2" barrel, I love that rifle.
