Have a few Winchesters in the safe. '94 pre '64 in 30-30. A 1200 Police Stainless, and a couple of .22LR's. They are surrounded by various Sigs, 870,s, a Python, and a couple of XDM 5.25's.
The wife and I got into IDPA last year and had a hoot! I'm trying to decide if I should use the 1200 Police for IDPA 3-Gun or not. It's unfired and as new. BUT, I cannot find a realistic value for it. If it's only worth less than $300.00, as I have been quoted, I'll shoot it. But, on the other hand......

Anyone know of a realistic value or where I could get a fair opinion?

Thanks,

John

I would bet that you could get more than 300 for the 1200 BNIB with the current shortage of firearms...

Where could I go to get a fair value? My Dad, a retired LEO from Pa. gave me this shotgun. It is as pristine as it was when made, and I do have the original manuals, but no box or other documentation.
If it's a $300.00 shotgun, we're going to shoot it in 3-gun. If it's a $1k shotgun, we'll keep it as is for the grandkids to decide.

Thanks,
