Hi! This is my first post. I just bought my first Winchester rifle this week. I did very little research on line about the rifle but bought it any way. It is a Winchester model 74 .22lr. It has been completely restored. According to the serial number it was made in 1948. I plan to post pictures on the model 74 forum and would appreciate any input anyone has to offer. I hope I didn't get taken. I do own several other pistols, revolvers and rifles.
