Just getting into model 70's been a browning guy for year till my last abolt. Sold them all and started buying model 70's

Swatter36 Welcome aboard the forum! Lots of good info here and the WACA Winchester Arms Collectors Association, is another great source, specifically Pre-64 Info.
Not well versed in the Model 70, however Pre-64 and even Post 64, with exception of some years, are some of the best Bolt Action Rifles to have ever graced God's green earth. Post some photos of your Model 70's in the appropriate sub-forum for Model 70's when you can. Many of us love to look at others Winchester's. Noli Me Tangere
