I really enjoy my Winchester's. Although I like them all, I have to stop and recognize the superior craftsmanship of the pre-64s. I have a particular weakness for lever guns and single shots.
I spent a lot of years carrying a Winchester 94 in the Rockies, but after following Uncle Sam around the country the bigger portion of my life, I find myself back in the Mid-West where I was born.
We don't do much but punch holes in paper these days, and that all to rarely. I suppose a forum for me is more about reminiscing than sharing current experiences, but that'll have to do for now.
I look forward to reading about your Winchesters!

You found us Frontiersman. Welcome to the Winchester Owner's family.
Many of us on this site followed Uncle Sam around the world to some not so scenic habitats. Thank you for your honorable service. I prefer pre 64 guns and blades and cars. Oh my! Last edited by redryder on Fri Oct 07, 2016 1:40 pm, edited 1 time in total.
